Downey succumbed to poor economic conditions a while ago. You will either find used or might get lucky and find NOS.

I noticed that their is a port on the engine (the third one from the left in the pic on the last post) that isn't on the pictures for the new manifold. Will this get covered by the new manifold, or do I need to get some kind of blockoff plate for it?

Not sure what you mean by third one on the left. You mean the port that is in between the #2 and #3 intake port? Pretty much the one in the middle? If so that's I believe is the water supply or return for the water plate on the bottom of the manifold. Not sure if the factory part will fit with the offy intake on there or not. Haven't looked that far into it as I just planned on using all the block off plates in the LCE kits when I do mine. Which eliminates the whole thing under the intake and a few others.

from the left, their is the egr port, an intake port, then a small square looking port above a stud. The small square looking one is the one that i'm talking about

Pacesetter headers are junk. Very thin walled tubing they use. LC has one but it is not cheap.

So the install is almost done, i'll have some pics posted when I find my camera... The one thing i'm trying to figure out at this point is where is the best place to mount the fuel pump at. I want to keep it in the engine bay, but I read that it is better mounted closer to the tank.

holley fuel pumps are designed to push fuel not pull it. As close to the tank as you can. PS put a cut off switch hidden so if you want you turn the fuel pump off so no one drives off with your toy.

I read it supposed to go as close to the tank as possible, but i'm looking more for suggestions on a specific location that wont leave my pump soaked in water and mud.

not sure on the dimensions of the holley pumps, but you can always put the pump into one of these:

Just finished hooking up everything!!! The truck started up like it was new. The only issue that i'm facing now is the idle speed. I've got the mixture screws backed out about half a turn, the regulator is set at 3 psi (tried settings everywhere from 1-4psi), and my idle is sitting at about 3600 rpm. I have a feeling that it needs to be rejetted, but to be honest, I have no idea where or how to start on that one. All things aside, IT STARTS AND RUNS!!!

make sure your throttle linkage isn't getting hung up anywhere or that you don't have a vacuum leak somewhere.

good to hear you got that sorted out. Keep an eye on the throttle return spring too, I had to add a supplemental spring to help return the throttle as I think the factory toyota one on my linkage is worn out.
