Installed new engine, now no clutch pressure & slight vibration
I just finished installing a 22re in my 1988 4runner, and now I have very little clutch pressure. I can get around, but it's tricky. Also, the clutch seems to feel better when the engine is off, but once I start the runner I loose almost all pressure, and after driving for about 15 minutes I have no clutch pressure at all. And I can feel a vibration in the clutch pedal when presses about halfway down. I've already bled the clutch, but I found no air in the system. The clutch that is in the truck now came from the donor engine, so I don't know if it was good or not (doh!). Any help would be much appreciated.

It was either the clutch master cylinder or slave cylinder. I replaced both at the same time, did a very thurough bleed, and now the clutch feels great. I do have one new problem, though.
When I put light pressure on the clutch pedal I can feel a throbbing, and when I shift while driving I can feel and hear what reminds me of a bicycle wheel with no grease, like a spun bearing. Could this be a bad throwout bearing? I can easily shift into all gears, including reverse. I'm stumped.
