Injector Swap Problem

Injector Swap Problem
I just installed a set of new Flamethrower injectors on my 1989 3.0 Pickup. I put everything back together and now the engine shakes at low RPM and sounds like it is missing. I pulled each spark plug wire and found that number 3 and 5 makes no difference when I pull the plug.
I do get spark out of each wire, does this mean I somehow installed injector 3 and 5 wrong or they are defective? What else could it be?
The thought of pulling the Plenum again makes me want to cry a little.

Can I reuse the Plenum gasket? It's been on for only a few days. Also will I need to use all new crush washers for the fuel lines? New gaskets for the EGR system as well?

The seller has been above and beyond for my flamethrower injectors. I emailed him the issue, he asked me how many replacement injectors I need and two days latter I had them at my door! I am just waiting on a few gaskets and crush washers and I'll put everything back together.
