I've been in trucks with a solid axle and if you compared them with my truck, it's like riding on a ˟˟˟˟ing cloud. Cranked T-bars are a terrible ride, but it was my only option for lift at the time I did it. So thanks for those with the smart ass remarks, if I wanted those smart ass remarks I'd go to Pirate.

are you running any stock bump stops? i already have short bumps for compression but i think the shocks dont allow it to compress to touch the bumps. i still have stock droop bumps but thinking of going low profile on those as well since i already have a drop diff kit so the cv axle wont be at that bad of an angle at full droop

Im running the Blazeland LT kit, no diff drop kit. 8.5" travel shock. I hit the bumps before the shocks run out of travel. Are you running the shock in the stock location or do you have a hoop? Im pretty sure I will hit metal to metal before I hit the shock.

I have the stock bumps in front. You dont want to hit your shock before your bumps on compression or droop... You will wreck your shocks and shock hoops/mounts.

I want to strap the front and back after I get the rear shocks in. still no bumps in the rear yet, my 10 inch travel shocks limit droop but I dont seem to be able to flex enough to hit full compression on the shocks.

Im not sure how much angle is safe for the cvs I like the idea of the straps for droop and one day some hydraulic bumps

Is the pic of your 4runner on your build thread at Bald Mountain by Shaver Lake?

yea my shocks are at stock locations. im not worry about full compression on the shocks before the bumps since i only reach those limits when im rock crawling at slow speeds. i still not sure if im bottoming them out since i have covers on them and its hard to tell. guess i still need more testing. i have blazeland kit as well. with my diff drop kit i think i can get more droop if i do some lower profile droop bumps.

most my pictures on my page are from Bald. i have also done Red Lake, Brewer Lake and Hite Cover. seen the gate keeper of Coyote but havent ran it

you would be surprised how nice coilovers are up front I would love to do some more trails up there but I have no one to go with. Ive only done bald and a few other random little trails I knew I could do by myself.

I want to do swamp lake when my friends get their rigs finished. Im not familiar with those other ones but I have heard the names.

Edit: Just looked at gatekeeper on coyote, it looks a little rough if your not lifted a little higher than I am with 35s. I guess if I had awesome rock rails I would be fine just dragging on them.

hit me up on here or pm when you plan on being in the area. i can get a group of guys together and hit the trails. most of the people i go are not all SA out but we manage.
I do bald alot because its not a constant challenge but it opens up in many spots to play around at.

BJ spacers up front, add a leaf in the back. I'm honestly not sure if my torsion bars are cranked or not. It seems to be doing alright as-is, so I haven't messed with them. But, the front does look a little stiff.
