Not to totally take this off topic but you touched on my actual only concern for doing this setup. I'm pretty sure I could figure out the wiring but water proofing it was in the back of my mind. Granted, I live in Las Vegas so it's not a huge issue but we do still occasionally see water. what ideas do you have for taking care of that?

the unit i linked to is a common design, one that is "sealed from dust". that means it has gaskets and the only moving part (on the outside) is the actual arm. so basically, take silicone sealant and seal up all edges, even if they look fine. as for the actuator, mount it so the "arm" points down, and keep it greased up. that's how i would go about it. of course, i'm sure there's a better way somewhere out there.

Thanks lancer. All i need now is a bigger stump to test it on.
A little bit. I love them. They arent very loud compared to other tires i have heard. And they seem to bite pretty good. No rock wheeling yet though. I need to hammer in the pinch weld on the A-arm so they clear a little better since they are wide.

Alright here are a few...She never really get good ones of me while were out because well she's usually riding along. I'll get some good ones soon.

Look at that droop! She'll stuff them too, I'll have them up soon.
