Got out today to play around a little. Got it as flexed as I could with the rocks available. None of the tires were losing grip yet.
From the front, STILL missing a Dave'z Offroad Bumper!

Nearing maximum stuff I think.

I've got:
32x11:50 noname ATs
BJ spacers and relaxed torsion bars (finally)
2-3" coils in back (Performance Products cheapies)
ProComp ES9000 all around
Removed both swaybars, and never going back.

Running 2in blocks in the rear (have chevy springs to swap as soon as I get the time) ball joint spacers in the front relaxed some, and a 2in home made body lift. The tires are 35x12.50x15. Also the sway bar got hauled off to the scrap yard 3 months ago

Got some big changes for mine coming up, am selling the susp, diffs, flares, interior, barwork, rims & tyres etc.....stay tuned for the new buildup, but for now, the flares and sway bars have come off, my FJ40s rims and tyres have gone on and I'm finally wheeling the thing and having a ball!
Anyway, some IFS flex pixs....was quite shocked how well it worked both in the front, and mainly the rear! Specially considering the front has heavy duty hilux torsion bars installed.

Front looks to be working pretty good in this pic.
