Idling Issues 1994 Pickup

my truck has a problem. when i am the stop light my 94 toy pickup sounds like its gonna die..people been telling me to adjust the idle by the throttle but it does not seem to help this problem.. i hear the difference when the truck is in park but once it goes in drive or reverse it has a rough sound like its gonna die????? and the truck do die some times if the light stays red to long.. CAN ANYBODY HELP ME...

Welcome to Yotatech.

Generic "help me plz" titles typically get little response and are annoying to the educated masses. There is a posted sticky about this. Fixed.

You might also review the posted forum rules.

As for your idle issue, check your AFM and your TPS.

Good idea to post some information on which engine you are having problems with.

Idle speed adjustment via the large screw atop the throttle body, at least on the 22RE.
