Idle rpm drop / rough starting
My idle has been doing some funky things, it was at 800-1000rpms and it sounded good, now it has dropped to about 400rpms, idles ok, but it has begun to take longer to start. when it does start it chugs a little then evens out. this happens only when the engine is cold. There seems to be a slight relation to the outside air temp better when it is cool out, and worse when the outside air temp is 80-100+
I did a tune-up not too long ago ~5k miles, but i did not change the plug wires, maybe the difference in outside temp is having an effect?
Thanks-- oh yeah 22re 130k miles

Sorry, I don't know where to tell you to start, other than it sounds like a sensor. Have you looked up the FSM and began to troubleshoot from there?
