idle problems better yet what idle

Just rebuilt the motor bore .20 over.

i started it and it wont stay running unless you stay on the gas the minute it goes down to idle it kills. turn the key and itll rev up and goes to idle and die.
i cleaned the MAF with the MAF cleaner from oreilly. and still the same thing.

and other ideas?

It has brand new spark plugs, wires and cap. and everything else on the motor is pretty much brand new. besides the a/c system

so how did you fix that? solder the wire back? ill check that tomorrow. i had got another yota that had the same vacuum lines and set all mine. and i didnt notice any cracks. but ill check that again tomorrow.
i wish somebody would make a good vacuum line diagram where u can actually figure it out with out it being a cluster F---- by the EGR valve.

the FSM should have a pretty good diagram, otherwise you'll need to depend on the hood label

if there's no leaks, don't dismiss the possibility of a bad idle valve
