From my understanding, all Urethane bushings will squeak at some point. I looked into this some time ago. Turns out even the Graphite impregnated Urethane squeaks at some point to. From what I have learned, too stop the squeaking. You must either do routine maintenance or mill some groves and holes in the bolts for greasing internally.
How long have you had your squeaky bushings installed?

you could go through the Control Arm, or you could do it in the same manner grease-able shackles are done.
Oh and check out this thread. You may be interested.

i couldn't open that thread or upload it fairytales and shaef is the marine grease real thick or something
plus one thing that almost stops the squeak is if you soak the bushing once a week(or two) with liquid wrench silicon spray but i'm just doing that temporarily

marine grease is waterproof and will not wash away as much. What did you originally lube them with during install and which brand? Energy or Prothane. I think I remember Prothane ones being noisier then Energy but it could be the other way around.
So far so good on my leaf spring energy bushings, forget how long ago I put them in but most of the lube that I used is what came with the bushing kit and then some Sta-Lube Marine grease on the non-greasable bolts.
