ID this gasket

Hello all, at the top of the 3.0 motor in my 1993 SR5 4x4 I've looked and looked for the gasket that goes in between the housing where the upper radiator hose is mounted. There's nothing in there (but nasty which I'm trying to clean out) it just looks like a L housing for the return hose. If you know what that housing are is called that might help. Again, just looking for the gasket.
Thank you,
I moved the top of the housing and hose out of the way so you can see it.

Toyodiy.com does not show a gasket for it, and there are quite a few people online who say the FSM calls for FIPG not a gasket. I only have an FSM for 22R trucks so I can't verify it myself, but I have personally used RTV for that part on a 3VZE and it worked fine and held for years.

The part is called a water outlet, part number 16331-65020

Thank you for the info. That's what someone did to this housing. I'll pick up some RTV and clean it up and deal with that soon.
Thanks again...........
