Do you have a nut and washer on the otherside of the bar in the front? Can you specify the hardware you used...I think you only said gr.8 bolts but were there threads both front and back, then tightened with nuts? Just trying to figure out what you went through after the pucks too.

I'll try to discribe exatly what I did...
The front of the bracket sits ontop of that crossbar. To mount it, i used all grade 8 bolts. A bolt goes through a locking washerthan through the bracket/crossbar. On the underside of that crossbar, there is a locking washer and a nut. <hope that helps you out.
As for the rear with the pucks.... There is a long bolt that goes through the puck down through the floor. If you lay on your back under the truck, the bolt sticks down through the floor. Between the bolthead and the puck there is a locking washer. After the bolt passes through the puck and floor, i went underneath the truck and put on a lockingwasher/bolt.
Here is the best picture I have form the underside...this is how ALL 4 rear mounts are.

what did you use for your 1 inch spacer. i have the same seats in black, and went to mock em up tonight in my truck and the rear is to low for my likings w/ just mounting them to the cab, dont really like that angle for it anyway.

Yea thats hwat happened to me^^ Than I got thinking..I need a one inch spacer, but somethnig soft so I wont feel ANY vibrations. I took a break to think and went to do some laundry in my room....Thats when it hit me. I looked on my shelf and saw a hockey puck ;-) THATS IT! Hockey pucks are hard rubber, ABOUT 1 inch thick and very cheap if you dont have them. I happened to have 5 of them around, and only needing 4...I was set. Call it redneck, but it works like a charm.

so... did it paint over the stuff,... or soak in. looking at the pictures, it looks like the paint somewhat soaked into the vinyl(and i believe i heard somewhere that that's what that paint does, more like a dye than a paint if you will??)... What about the plastic. Every time i've seen someone paint plastic or vinyl it ends up looking ok.. not like that.. that's absolutely amazing looking. Does it crack at all if you were to flop it around, like... take the vinyl and bend it or whatever(am i making sense?).
I've always been curious about painting plastics and vinyl's.. always thought it looks cheap & crappy.. but those door panel pix.. i gotta see more to believe.
can you throw up some close-ups of the fabrics, as well as the dash?? Please & thanks.
btw, looks great!
& not a bad mod for the price if you ask me.
rock on hockey.

Hey man....I didnt really bend and twist the door panels lol..but everything is still holding up just perfectly. I didnt wanna do this and have it look cheap and cheesy. Im VERY happy with the outcome, I was actualy blown away. There are other interiior paints out there, and this is by far the best. My buddy painted his interior with a differant companies paint, and it look slike ballz. I posted almost all the pictures i have of the panels though. Just do it mang!

Very well done. I was looking to do that to my truck. Mines all blue inside and gets me a little sick looking at it....I want to change a little....so I was thinking doing everything black and tan as well....but I dont know how well that will look with a blue truck...but we will see
