Pic Request - interior

Hey all, I am looking to prep my truck a little better for the winter, and was looking to see how the factory protected occupants from the bare steel behind the seats in the short cab? Is there some sort of panel that I could get, and if so, what does it look like, and wheres a good spot to get one?

94 4x4 short cab 22RE 5spd

Thanks!

Im wondering about this too. I have a 94 4x4 reg cab 5spd. The black metal is kinda rough lookin, and i think a panel of some sort might contain heat and reduce sound maybe?

Where are all the guys with factory buckets in thier short cabs? do they have bare metal? Did a panel come with the SR5 and buckets package?

From past experience I have seen with and without panel, not sure how they determined who got what as most of the trucks were not butchered trail rigs but, dd's of friends so there was no real reason to remove the panel if originally equipped, also I have never personally seen a factory bucket seat equipped standard cab.

Tomorrow I will be going past a used car dealer that last week had two standard cab 4x4 Yotas for sale, if they are still there I will stop and see what they look like inside.

My 84 SR5 short cab (factory installed bucket seats) has the same rear panel as amgraham (even the same color). Can't speak for 89-94 pickups though.

Just get matching carpet to what you have now. If you want, throw some insulation down first then put the carpet on top of it. Mines bare, but I never feel the need to show that part off to my passengers.
