it knocks a little of start up but when its running it doesnt make the knock sound but it smokes like crazy once its started still has power just smokes alot. plz help me out

what color is the smoke? white, blue, black? I am gonna take a guess and say blue since you don't have the noise when engine is "warm" and what your hearing is piston slap which can be caused by bad rings and/or worn cyl walls. Time for a compression check and possibly a leakdown check using a small amount of oil in the spark plug hole. If compression goes up then it's ring, if not then it's something else.
