I think we call these things learning experiences. First you did something stupid, now your paying for it. Bet you will not do that again.
Second you get to learn how to do an engine swap. Thats always a good learning experience.

I see it now. I didn't look too into the picture, so it just appeared that you turned the crank. Sorry to see that. Is there a hole in the block too?

I blew my HG the same way (water in the intake), but I got lucky that's all that happened.

My HG as fine on that side, don't feel like bothering with the other side. Have no idea how bad the damage is, don't really care. This engine has 500,000 km on it, and I want a shiny 3.4.

I just have to find one.

I've heard rumors of a yota yard near Lethbridge. Maybe look into that?
