I got diagnostic code 41

So I did a diagnostic scan and got code 41. Does this mean that the TPS is bad or is it out of adjustment or what?

It means you need to check the TPS values to see why it tripped a code.

Could mean u simply need to adjust/replace the tps (simply...ha)

Or it could mean u have a vacuum leak...

Code 41 translates to: Open or short detected in throttle position
sensor signal (VTA) for 500 msec. or more

How could it be a vacuum leak?

While this could be a wiring problem, the TPS does occasionally fail, so I would check there first. Not too difficult.
