hub help

my hubs where on lock all winter and when I went to put them back to 'free',
one of them would only go halfway. It works smoothly between lock and the halfway point, but that's it. I'm sure this is a simple fix, so hopefully someone can help me out.

Usually the only problem with the hubs is lack of use, and lack of grease. Take them off, and apart, clean and grease them, and you will be fine. Be sure not to OVER grease the hubs, as it can cause a whole nother set of problems.
