How to remove grille?

I search the forums and am having a hard time finding info on how to remove the grille in my 92 4runner. Help. I have taken out the corner parking lights, and popped the retaining clips along the top of the grille, and removed two bolts on each side of the grille. What else am I missing? i reallly can't see anything from under neath. Any help would be great.

If I remember correctly, I think once you get all of the screws and stuff out, some of the screw points are also little clips on the back side. So you actually have to squeeze them and then push them out. Like I said, thats if my memory serves me correctly. Its been awhile since I had to remove the grill from a yota or any other vehicle for that matter. Good luck!

I took off my front bumper first, and from what I remember there were 3 clips on the bottom just like the ones on top. The bumper has 2 bolts on each side. Push each clip in then it should slide out. Hope this made sense.

You can see where two of the lower clips are. One dead center just above the bumper. One just to the right of the tranny cooler and there will be a matching one on the left side.

You also have two tabs or pegs that are on ths parking/corner light that fit into holes in the fender be sure to pull out from fender before trying to pull the grille straight foward.
