How much will 83 stock pick up leafs lift my SAS 4runner if i put them on the front?

How much will 83 stock pick up leafs lift my SAS 4runner if i put them on the front?
I need to know so that i can figure out how much lift to get for the back. Think im going to go with trail gear leafs in the back and the stock 83 rears in the front, if they lift enough. Get back to me please. its a 93 4runner 3.slow
