i think once you see the cost and the amount of work involved to install an air horn setup, you'll quickly change your mind.

i hate my weak ass horn as well though. i think a high/low setup is what i'm gonna go with, at least have a real horn sound. i know the caddilacs have a beefy horn sound, a trip to the junk yard could yeild you something like that.

A bullet-resistant windshield might be something you'll end up needing ...

Some days I love the stock horn, and some days I wish it sounded more like my '92 camry.

Hey why not install a DPDT switch and be able to select between two- every occasion covered?

All this talk reminds me of our 69 fire bus with the spool up fire horn on top of it... Hmmmm....

Maybe your horns are just old and tired new horns are not that expensive.

I keep a few on hand for just that you can get them in different variations.

Probably is there a certain one that louder than the rest?

The horn will agitate them. Just lock up the brakes and stop an inch away from the careless pedestrians? May need a nice tube bumper though.

Better than a horn would be a PA system. Had one in my 86, works great for getting your point across.

just go get a horn from a f150-250-350. train horns are obnoxious and serve no benefit other than to piss people off. Were not 16-18 years old anymore.

So you don't know where to put a PA but you have the room for air horn and compressor?

Electronic air horn. One button on the dash, amp under the seat, speaker behind front bumper.

I picked up 2 horns from a 60s ford pu. Kept the stock horn as well. Wired em all together on a new fused circuit. Pretty loud setup, especially in a parking garage.
