high fuel consumption

i have prado 78 series with 1KZ-TE engine 1994 model and i have realised that, fuel consumption is high 5.2/litre. i have changed the nozzles but still no changes.

please help

You O2 sensor may be the culprit, forcing it into limp mode. Runs rich to protect engine from a lean condition. Or you have an upstream exhaust leak letting in air.
