Hi Guys!

Long time no see. Hope everyone had a Happy Holidays! It's been over a year now with the fresh build and I put a little over 10k on it so far, however it looks like the oil pan gasket (cork) is starting to give which means it will have to be replaced. UGH! The seals in the transfer case started to give and I had that replaced too. UGH!

Hate to bore you with my idle/hard starting I wanted to ask 2 quick questions about the time switch and my IACV test.

While I was attempting to check the IACV, I was checking the resistance for the Time Switch and the temp sending unit. I noticed that the Time Switch Head could move around. Clockwise and counter clockwise.

Is this normal?

As I was attempting to test the IACV I didn't get any resistance the first time. It took a few tries before I could get a signal (is this bad?). Temp in the garage was 60ish and the door inside it was "closed". I shot some cleaner in there, but that's it.

The truck ran for a week before the idle started to mysteriously hold at 1k-1200 RPM. I've adjusted the scew but this morning, 1k rpm at the stop, at the light. What gives!?

Since "winter" time i'm having to crank the truck twice before she runs.

Thats it for now.
