hey when u guys turn on ur high beams, does the passenger side light go to high-beam while the driver side go super dim?

mine does even after i switch the high / low beam wires around.

Is it a problem with a fuse or connector?

 

No, its either both low beams, or both high beams. The two headlights are always the same as each other.

Normal
passenger: normal
driver: slightly dimmer

Highbeam
passenger: highbeam
driver: super dim (like an uber ultra lowbeam)

i switched the highbeam / lowbeam wires too on the driver side light and still the same

 

ever think to try and replace the drivers side light?

both bulbs are brand new and are exactly the same type from Pep Boys, sylvania bulbs or somethin.

 

Track down your drivers side headlight ground! Its either loose, dirty, corroded, or some variation of those. It wouldn't hurt to clean up your passenger side ground either.

pretty sure its not the switch, and its not the ground wire (unless i am missing it)

i dont really need to fix this to drive, its just an annoying nuance
