Herculiner on 90 frame

Has anyone ever done this? Put Herculiner on their ground down raw metal Toyota frame? I need to stop the rust! Its never ending. I am hoping to do the bed, underside of the bed, fenders, bottom of the door, and the rear end of the frame. Any idea how much I'll need? Thanks!

Everybody swears by por15. But its really the inside of the frame that needs cleaning and coating.

Don't Hurculine, you will regret when it's chipping and you need to fix.

Best is to spary a good epoxy primer (PPG) and top coat it with John Deere Industrial Black. That frame will out live you...

I was considering doing the same thing to my frame when I was building my truck. Spoke to a couple of off-road people who did it to their jeeps, etc.. and they said their frames rotted out not to long after. Looked like it rotted from the inside Not sure if the coating blocked the drain holes in the frame or what but that's what several people who had it done told me.

I tore mine down and sand blasted. If I was to do it again I might just try wire brush and POR15. Stripping and blasting the frame was ALLOT of work

Correction: The people I talked to used LineX and Rinoliner.
