I had to helicoil my head for one of the air-injection bolts when I was installing my header. It gauled and had to be over drilled...it never had a problem after that. I will probally use never-seize when I put the header on this rig.

60mm stud, not a bolt. Mine was on the top part with the air injection and worked perfect. But that was only because the first few threads were trashed. If the whole thing is trashed, than a Helicoil is your best bet like said many times.
