Does it happen in turns only, straight line? Is there just noise or is there a vibration?

well it isnt into the water jacket yet. im replacing it all with a kit from ENGBLDR. only $215 for gaskets Timing chain, cover, oil and water pump. let it be a lesson to everyone... if you are having weird intense noise and cant figure out where its coming from, check you chain. 10 - 20 minutes for an amature to take the valve cover off and check. if yours is as bad as mine, one more drive could break through to water. its worth not loosing an engine.

wasnt the chain after all.

after many months of frustration and fixing many things on the truck i am now 95% sure that it was an exhaust leak. HAHA! well its kinda funny. anyway i JB welded up the hole as best i can with 2 tubes. the noise was still present but much less. i am going to put another 2 tubes on with some aluminum tape to keep it in contact. it is right after the header pipe comes together as one off the manifold. big relief but also really annoying that i sunk a bunch of money and time on something so simple. probably bumped it when doing clutch.

Pressure Plate...?

Could be the Pressure Plate is bad. Check if Clutch Fluid leaks when you the Clutch pedal is to the floor.

I have the same problem with my Clutch. Just bought a 91 Pickup DLX and on the way home the Clutch was working then all the sudden GONE, no pressure, just rattle.... Now I'm shopping for a Clutch Kit to have installed. Any advice there? Do you know if Ceramic Clutch Kits are worth the extra price?

Well my rattle is exhaust. Maybe it's not your clutch plate. I don't know much about it but couldn't it be your clutch slave cylinder? Maybe you should check that out before you drop tranny.

I hear ya... Only thing is, its my brother's shop thats doing the work. He's borrowing my boat and I'm getting a new Clutch installed. Already ordered a new AISIN Clutch Kit and Master/Slave Cylinder. He's not borrowing my boat until all three are replaced. Was told two weeks to get it done and this Wednesday it'll be two weeks. I hope to have it back by Friday or Saturday. See how it goes.....

What's missing from this Order?

Am I missing a Fly Wheel or something else that usually is replaced when a new Clutch Kit is installed?

Tube for the Master and Slave Cylinder could be a tough job replacing... Can't the mechanic just clear/blow the line instead?

Any input is appreciated!

ALL GOOD NOW YOTATECH!!!!

New Clutch Kit, Clutch Master and Slave Cylinders!!!! Truck shifts smoothly..... Only thing now is, Neutral slow to stop what sounds like a lil grinding underneath cab est Drivetrain area. Any chance the Mechanic over torqued the Driveshaft somewhere?

Final Update

the rattle was from exhaust leak. the vibration i have now narrowed down to leaf spring bushings being bad. thats why having the ZUK mod off made the problem arise.

Great! Good for U!

I'm quite sure the 5" Lift Kit and 33" Tires on my 91 Pickup is gonna push some problems. Just wish I knew where the problems were! Should I add something to compensate for the new angled drive shaft, front and rear axle assemblies?
