If you are still setting code eleven, you are chasing a power problem IE something is loose, a wire is broken, your efi relay is opening (likely due to the first two).

Clean the power cables, clean the grounds, ensure the electrical connection is clean and firm.

wire brush, small dremel grinder wheel get them to clean unpainted metal... you can use some dielectric grease to keep it from rusting

could the relay ITSELF be all thats causing my problem and nothing else?

truck ran like new for 2 weeks NO problem then BOOM problem is back.....does this info help with what problem may be?
