HELP! Overheated and white smoke is everywhere.

Well, I'm doing mine now, heads are off and i'm now cleaning the surfaces, I'm gonna use Toyota head gaskets only the rest will be aftermarket (just need time to find a 3.4 to swap the 3.0 out anyway). I'll even use the same bolts.
My question is, does anybody know how tight the head bolts go and in what sequence should I tigheten them?

Umm. If the head bolts are original Toyota , you 'll need new ones. The Toyota original headbolts are torque-to-yield (single use only).
Haynes manual or, preferably, the FSM will have the sequence and torque. Many heads are torqued 3 times when installing,, to get them up to proper, final torque.

Now, assuming they are factory, What would the consequences be if I reuse them? I really don't want to take the cams off.
thanks !!!
