help with opinions

Hi. Hoping some one can help me out here. 2nd gen 1995 4runner
First on the headliner panel, does anyone recall what these cutouts are for? (above rear wheel well, both sides). It was so long ago, and I have no photos of removal anymore.

Second photo is the same headliner; is that a little too proud of the windshield mount? Have the front and middle roof lamps in, so I think its correct forward, but seems odd.

Thanks in advance.

And the front of headliner panel

I owe you an adult beverage of your choice.
And I didn't think about the sun visors yet. Ackshully I'm hoping to get a chance to look thru posts for visors that have the extendo-matic like on vehicles I drove working at Hal.
