The truck is a 1995 toyota 4runner.

cant find any diagrams so i thought i'd ask where these go to.

These two.

They go into this little thingy..

This is the first toyota i have done a swap on... hopefully the last, so im a bit clueless when it comes to certain things.

here are a couple pics i took before i replaced the head gaskets that look similar to your hoses:

looks like your two hoses are the same hoses in my pic that are wrapped together. wish i could tell you exactly where they go but these pics might help you get there. good luck!

They both go to the pass side of the intake. The valve they plug into is the AC idle up solenoid.

I was going to mention that idle up solenoid/valve; I've having problems with mine on my 22re...

Easy test though; does your AC work? If so, start the truck with the AC off. Turn on the AC and watch you RPMs. If they drop significantly, it's probably that idle up valve.

Those are kind of big lines for the AC idle up valve though... PS idle up lines maybe? But that would leave a fairly large vacuum leak with them both unhooked...

To tell you the truth, I don't own a 3.0 so I'm not 100% sure, but my guess is the idle up mechanism just by looking at the photos and what the lines plugs into; or what it looks like they plug into.

my first guess was for the powersteering idle up bacause they were conected but they could also be for the a/c idle up. let me check for pix.

here ya go..
the power steering lines are 2 different sizes. one slightly larger then the other on the intake side of the line. if they are 2 different sizes then they are for the power steering idle up. in this case they are interchangeable and will not affect anything. if they are the same then it is for the a/c idle up.

The answer.

Here is what I have found out through a few pics and several walks outside.

Hope this clears it up.
