Is this part number the correct one for the attached image?

87 4x4 p/u, short bed standard base.
The piece has bolt holes for the tale-gate hinges and mounts for the licensee plate.

Oh wait, what? You don't have a "right-hand drive"? Right-left is as you sit in the driver's seat (not as you're staring into the engine bay). In the US all vehicles are left-hand drive, so the Right side is the passenger side. But not everywhere ....

The link I gave you provides all the part numbers you need. 652408730802 - REAR SILL is the part you're pointing to, for a "SHORT" bed truck. And it's been discontinued.
