Help identifying a leak

So I noticed that I have a leak in the rear and that my brake fluid was low. Needed help identifying what exactly the piece is. I found a pic of the part that is leaking and circled it. Don't know if it's the lines or something else in the part.

That's the LSPV (load sensing proportioning valve).

Yes, LSPV...
So exactly where is it leaking from? Broken part? Loose fitting? Broken Lines?

It's leaking from somewhere under the rubber piece. Just noticed it the other day and was hoping to get in there soon to try and figure out exactly where it was leaking from.
