HELP CEL 41 and 22
Hey guys i seriously need some help. I got my new motor from Jim at 22re and got everything hooked up and in place and she fired right up but I had CEL codes. We couldnt get the motor to run right so we checked the codes and they were 22 and 41 (water temp for ecu and TPS) We replaced both sensors with new one a still have both codes. We adjusted the TPS per 4crawlers info and all is in spec. The truck runs like a bat out of hell no problems at all TONS of power but this dang CEL is driving me nuts. Any ideas as to why I cant get rid of these codes. Truck had no codes before motor rebuild.
Thank you for any help.

***MODS Please Add fixed to the title so it may help someone else in the future since It took me hours and hours on searching and testing. Thank You****
Found the problem, After replacing my TPS and Water Temp Sensor (ecu sensor) and testing both a thousand times I decided to do a continuity test back to the ecu on each of the wires. Well, all wires check out fine on the TPS except E2, same for the water temp sensor. Well E2 was still working on my AFM so I knew I had to be in the harness somewhere. Well then it dawned on me, I moved my air box to the passenger side and in doing so left the stock wires in place and cut them and patched in to them right by the fuse box on the passenger side. Well come to find out the E2 wire that feeds the AFM also splits off and feeds the TPS and Water Temp Sensor. So I soldered in a wire connecting the E2 back to the remaining stock wiring and BAM all codes were gone. Hope this helps someone. Let me know if I was unclear and you have any questions.
