Not to familiar with 22rs but im assuming its the big stud? Spray it with pb for about a day or so. Theres also the new wd 40 line that should also work. Then vice grips should do. They also make bolt extractors. Ive never had luck with the cheap sets though. Then there are ez outs if its broken flush. Same deal dont buy the cheap set. Just spray it a few times first though. They try to extract preferably with vice grips then if that wont work spray again and maybe try a little heat to the stud. If you dont get it worst case drill and retap very carefully.

 

Penetrating oil, rap it on its top with a hammer, work it back and forth a bit with vice-grips.

 

The tool designed for that purpose is a stud extractor (e.g., ) But since you have so much sticking out, I would probably start with the vise-grip route. Consider using two (opposing, so that you use two hands) so that you have only torque (rotating) and little bending. You DEFINITELY don't want that bolt to break off.

 

By God's grace, some fancy WD40, and a big pipe wrench, I got it out. Thanks for your ideas. I thought it'd be in there for good.
