Exclamation Help with a 1992 toyota pick up 22R-E 4x4

1992 toyota pick up 22R-E 4x4 136,000 miles.

I did the diagnostic wire jump where it flashes you the lights. and i got
.........................................
13-PRM or RPM signal
27-sub O2 sensor
52- knock sensor signal
.........................................

So my problem is some times ill be going down the road and the check engine light comes on and the truck loses like all of its power, cant make it up a hill or any thing. So if i just shut the truck off and on quick the power come back and the light goes away for like 5-20 mins then comes right back on.

What should i do. And what do all of those mean ?^^^^^

http://www.ncttora.com/fsm/1990-1995...es/repair.html - This might be too late of a 22re model but there is a section on Diagnostics on this page.

If it is to late of a model you can download 79-85 22re FSM here: http://www.ncttora.com/fsm/index.html
