heater on ignition all the way off

Anybody know how my heater would come on with the key turned all the way off also my charge light or brake light barly lights up too....only does it some times not all tbe time

Heater.....as in the heater fan comes on? Sounds like possibly a short someplace.

Ya the heater fan.....and either my charge light or my brake light .....only does it sometimes ...

logica suggests an ignition switch issue since the key / ignition switch controls that...
...no?
