I have the sylvania silverstars (sealed beam) in mine, I love em, but I don't have anything to compare them to as far as the h4 conversion. By halogens do you mean h4 or just the factory sealed beam? However, since I did my headlight wiring harness upgrade, my low beams also stay on with my highbeams which is a huge plus.

 

Hmmm, I'd have to look, B! I have Sylvania top of the line from Pep Boys...whatever they are. I'll post when I find out.

ha i have a 90 with the composite lights and i smacked the 8k hid kit in it. i get flashed all the time on the highway but they light up the road awesome!. the lights have a solenoid that give the highbeam pattern. they are bright as hell but i dont care. lol i get people that pull behind me in the highway and turn thier highbeams on and tailgate me to prove a point. but what they dont know is i agree with them they are bright as hell. my motto is if you dont like em dont look at them. ive driven behind cops before shining daylight into thier cruisers. Here in miami it might be different. i would love to have a projector beam in my truck but no one makes one.
