Low & High Beams Rewire

Does anyone know how to rewire the low beams so that it stays on when the high beams are turned on?

Long story short, I have a slightly used HID conversion system with a pair of 9004 bulbs. I am staying with the stock headlight housings and will be reaiming the headlight down to reduce some glare. Being that the system I will be using is a single Xenon one, I will lose the highbeams. I was thinking of wiring the highbeam leads onto a pair of Procomp 8" round offroad lights that used to be on my Toyota Tundra. I'll be mounting them ontop of the front bumper. I wouldn't have to worry about wiring up for it since I'll be using the existing highbeam circuitry. I can then activate the offroad lights using the highbeam switch/lever on the steering column.

Thanks.
