Headlight problems

Hey so just wondering if anybody has had a similar problem or has any advice on where to go as I am stumped.. I've got a 1991 toyota surf 2.4lte rhd. Recently my dash light headlights low/high beams and high beam indicator stopped working (brake lights and turn signals all still fine) went thru all my fuses, under the hood and down by the pedals. I've also put in new headlights and still no luck. Wondering if I have possibly missed a fuse box somewhere or if there if anything I am over looking. Amy advice would be great! TIA

I suggest that you check the bulb.

I'm not familiar with your truck, but I'd start with checking for power at the fuse, not just that the fuse is good. Then (if there is power there) I'd check for power at one of the headlights and check for a good ground there as well.
I don't know if your headlight fuse (or fuses) only show power when the headlight switch is turned on. Finding the correct wiring diagram for YOUR truck will help.
if nothing above helps you should check for power at the headlight switch and see if you get power out of the switch at the different settings. I'd save this test for last since it is harder to get to than the fuses or headlights.
If you find a diagram share it an it will help us help you.
Good luck!

Are they LED bulbs? High beam indicator usually doesn't work with LED bulbs

Your dash lights and headlights are completely different circuits (though their switches are in the same stalk). For the dash lights, do you have a dimmer? If you short out the dimmer and the lights come back, you've found that problem.
