Header Flanges 5VZ-I have searched
I'm not sure who all knows about my 3VZ-FE project that is finally coming to a close. I want to make custom headers just becaue I'm cheap and can do the work myself and can make headrs for cheaper than I can buy them. It's also a personal satisfaction to know that I did this engine project on my own.
So now to the question....does anyone make header flanges for the 5VZ-FE? Or can anyone make these for me? This is the only part that I have to have cut right. I'm not looking for 1 full flange for each side, I'm looking for 6 individual flanges. When headers are made this way they make a tighter seal to the engine and will not leak. Warping is not an issue.
So, does anyone know where I can get something like this or can anyone make these for me? I can make a template if so.

I guess you already thought of getting some manifolds at a boneyard and cutting them down into 6 pieces?
I think that's smart keeping them seperate, I know some people cut their header flanges to isolate them.
Mike @ ORS was using flanges cut off the stock crossovers to make his custom crossovers.
