Head to timing cover bolt

Head to timing cover bolt
I need to replace the "hidden head bolt", however the dealer could not find the number in his computer. I have search for a couple of hours and think that the number might be 9161160855. I am hoping that someone can confirm or correct this for me.
I have a 93 base pickup. 22re.
