So last friday I went to replace my harmonic balancer. Read up on it finding out everything I could. Went to pull the main bolt out and sheered it off in the crank. Currently have the bolt drilled through with a 7/32" drill. Just workin on gettin the bolt out.

What was your method for breaking the bolt loose and ultimately shearing it?

I used a breaker bar and so He-man strength. It looks like that bolt was over torqued with no anti-seize or lube when installed

The bolt is steel-on-steel so I'm not sure why one would use "anti-seize." Lube SHOULD be used, but principally so that it will torque correctly, not to make it come out easily. If it was tightened with a big-ass 1" Ingersoll-Rand impact driver (instead of a torque wrench) it could certainly have been over-torqued.

How did you keep the crank from turning while applying He-man strength? I doubt that contributed to the bolt shearing, but I'm always curious.

And as far as anti-sieze or any lube for installation I have always been taught that unless it specifies dry torque to always use wet torques. No matter what material
