Hard to start, Super Rich

Ok, '92 'Runner, 3VZ. Recently it has been hard to start cold and hot (but only after it sits for at least 15-20 min when hot) and spews raw and partially burned fuel out of the tailpipe for 5-10 seconds and then smooths out and appears to be running just fine. It also runs rich (black smoke) at idle when hot sometimes. No codes what-so-ever, new plugs and distro cap, but I did get a reading of about 80 ohms on the coolant temp sensor near operating temp. The FSM says it should be between around 150 to 200 ohms. Could that be it?

Also, when I R/Red the plugs (which were in pretty bad shape) I had to pull the intake pipe out and it had a small amount of fuel in it, which I'm assuming came out of the oil via the PCV system. If it's not the coolant temp sensor my theory is a clogged open injector.

Any thoughts or suggestions?
