Hard to find switch
Looking for a switch that apparently no one produces anymore. My hard start when hot problem on my 86 4runner 22RE EFI was diagnosed as a fuel pressure problem. I have found this problem was defined in a Toyota Service Bulletin dated back in 1989. Toyota's fix was to "reduce the temperature where Temperature Switch No. 2 activates the fuel pressure-up system". The old switch part #89428-28030. The new switch part # 89428-26020 isthe part I need. Can't find it new anywhere, even tried Japan. Does anyone have a spare, used or new for sale? Or, has anyone else had this issue and had success finding the new switch or a successful work around? Thanks for any input.

https://www.toyotapartsdeal.com/oem/...428-28030.html.
They may have old stock OEM part. Bought a few items from them and all good Toyota parts. Worth a call or text.

The 28030 is still available, or at least it showed up at mcgeorge toyota.
I find it odd that the org part is still available, but the updated one is discontinued. Regardless, the part is pretty inexpensive, maybe worth trying
