Grouping maintenance work?

I have the following maintenance jobs in the near future for my 95 V6 4wd 3vze and was wondering which ones I should knock out together and which jobs should take priority. Suggestions are appreciated!

- Pinion seal replacement
- CV axles replacement
- Steering linkages replacement
- Sway bar links replacement
- Upper & lower control arms bushing replacement

The pinion seal and sway bar bushings can each be done stand alone.

The cv axles will be easier to do if the control arms are out of the way, and both the control arm bushings and the steering components would require a alignment afterwards. So I’d try and do those three items together. Or at least do the cv axles and control arm bushings together, then do the steering components just before getting the alignment.

the pinion seal and sway bar busings are fairly basic jobs, and can be done in about 1 hour each (less if you've done them before).
