got ome coils and bj spacers, shock question

alright, heres what ive ordered so far

Sdori 1.5" Ball Joint Spacers
OME 901HD Coil Springs
Rancho RS5167 shocks (front)

my question is what shocks do i get for the back. they have to be slightly longer like the fronts correct? anyone know specific shock part numbers or specific size?

They sell OME and all the shocks you'll need, but you already bought ranchos.

OME N72F is the best shock to pair with the OME 901's because they are a stiff spring. They have the travel you need and will give the best ride.

They are what I have on my truck, and I love em.

yeah, i know theres the OME N72F Rear Shocks, but does anyone else have suggestions on other kinds?

or do you know what the dimensions need to be? like 10-15" compression such as the front?

maybe the rancho equivalent of the OME N72F?

Here is a good list from 4Crawler.com

The following are some possible shock absorbers that may work with a 1.5" lift on 1986-1995 Toyota 4WD pickups and 4Runners:

Lift from:
1.5" front ball joint spacer and/or torsion bar crank
2"-3" longer rear spring shackles (~1.5" lift)
~1.5" add-a-leaf spring
~1.5" leaf spring block
2" coil spring spacer

Up front, looking for 10"-10.5" compressed length and ~15" extended length

Rancho:
Front: RS5167, RS9272
Rear/Leaf: RS
Rear/Coil: RS5009, RS9009,

Pro-Comp:
Vehicle LIFT ES3000(F/R) ES9000(F/R)
86-95 4WD Pickup 0"- 1" 314014/321506 914014/921506

There really is going to be no 'equivalent' to the N72F, because that shock was built specifically to be paired with the coils you are running.

However, the Rancho RS9000 (or RS9009) series is a pretty popular one and I think people here have had good results with it.
