Going to buy a 94 yota

I am going to look at a 94 it is having trouble running. But if you pinch off thE fuel line it will run fine

He said he changed the pump and the sending unit but not sure if he did it correctly

That will be the first thing I change if I buy it. Hopefully there are no ther problems
