Getting hot!

Probably a stupid question but here it goes!
Ive got a 92 pickup that has a stock 22RE that is getting hot, I changed the thermostat and flushed the radiator and put the Toyota red back in the radiator. It stopped getting hot for about a week and now it’s getting hot again? Any ideas?
Thanks in advance!

not a stupid question at all. You could try burping the air out again, is the coolant still full? another thing to check is your fan clutch. with the engine off try wiggling the fan and then spin it. if it wiggles it's bad, if it spins freely and doesn't come to a stop quickly it's also bad.

Believe that was the issue! i burped it when I flushed the radiator but gues it was not good enough, burped it again this morning and added a little fluid and it didn’t get hot on the way to work. Thanks ak

Hopefully burping fixes it.
