Gauge cluster compatible?

Gauge cluster compatible?
My 88 4runner 22RE has the basic cluster (speedo, idiot lights, odo), found an SR5 cluster from an 85 2WD 22RE Pickup, will this work in my 4runner? I know I will need the correct oil pressure sender but im just wondering if everything else is plug and play, how are the tach and additional gauges wired?
