Gas not getting to Engine

Gas not getting to Engine
So, I just put a new 22re motor in my rig. When we tried to start it afterwards it wasent getting any fuel. Our conclusion was that the EFI relay is bad. The diagram on my fuse box is worn off so I was wondering if anyone could post a picture of the fuel relay (1989 22re) so I can be sure I am checking the right one lol I also was wondering if there is a fuel pump shut off switch or somthing of the sort. I have no idea what would cause the relay to go out since the battery was out so if you have any ideas I would greatly appreciate it.
